My name is Thomas, Executive Search Specialist and Co-Founder of Fraser Dove International. My mission is to help exceptional life science organisations source the talent they need to design, manufacture and distribute life-changing drugs and treatments the world over.

Every day my team and I meet with hiring managers and HR professionals who struggle to attract top performers. Ultimately, they seek to overcome their business challenges by hiring the best talent, but they need to do so quickly while ensuring a great candidate experience.

My philosophy as a business owner is to forge long-standing business partnerships with clients. We don’t seek to partner with every organisation; rather we choose to collaborate with those who value us as much as we do them. And while securing top talent can be challenging, our vision is to simplify the complex while delighting candidates and clients throughout the hiring journey.
